A wireless data logging system for remotely monitoring up to 200 data loggers Central Management From A Single PC MicroLog Plus enables wireless communication with up to 200 MicroLog devices at the same time, to automatically deliver realtime temperature and humidity measurements directly to your PC. Data from external sensors can also be transmitted in the same manner. The complete MicroLog plus system is made up of the MicroLog data logger device, the cradle that the device is mounted on, a small receiver that is placed on the PC, and the user-friendly software that allows for convenient central management. Enabling wireless communication in this manner between multiple loggers and a single computer, eliminates the need to download data from each unit manually, making the MicroLog Plus ideal for the ongoing data logging needs of supermarkets, food transport, storage, air conditioning and ventilation, clean rooms, warehouses and galleries.
How Does It Work? MicroLog Plus uses the MicroLog data logger to record temperature and humidity. The cradle that the data logger is mounted on is a wireless transmitter that can transmit measurements to 300 meters. Since each cradle is tagged with an ID number, the cradles can be programmed to transmit data at various time intervals based on the criteria defined in their ID. This advanced feature ensures preventing data collision between two or more cradles. Automating Industrial Data Logging The MicroLog Plus receiver picks up all the transmissions and transfers them to the Microlab software. The software reports the status of up to 200 MicroLogs on a single color-coded interface. Other friendly features that help automate all aspects of industrial data logging include the ability to store the data of each MicroLog, set the MicroLog alarm level, define sampling intervals and any other necessary parameters. Product Highlights
System Components The MicroLog Logger comes with built in temperature and humidity sensors and an analog port that is compatible with any type of external sensor. The MicroLog Cradle serves as a mount for the logger, and is the wireless RF transmitter that enables transmitting readings at user-set intervals to a remote PC. This item can be purchased separately. The MicroLog Receiver is a small RF receiver that connects to the monitoring station computer in order to receive wireless input from the MicroLog Logger. The MicroLog Plus Software provides centralized control and mangement for reliably monitoring up to 200 MicroLog devices from a remote computer.
