Scan 1000 X415/X425/X435 is a menu-driven SCADA software package, running under Microsoft Windows, for industrial and scientific real-time monitoring, data logging and control. Scan 1000 X415/X425/X435 needs no programming; configuration and control of the software is achieved by simple menu selections and dialogue boxes. When running, the system is specifically designed to enable it to be used by non-technical operators, keeping training to a minimum, with mouse selection of logging, start/stop control, scan interval selection, input sensor selection, screen displays, and alarm acceptance.Microsoft Windows application Supplied ready for use, no programming is required.Supplied complete with all Scan 1000 functions Includes all Core Services, AutoPilot, ChainCommand, Grafedit, DDE and one copy of Data Review. Mouse controlled Easy to use, controls include scan start/stop, scan interval, and input sensor selection. Input scaling and offset Allows calibration of each of the 8, 16, or 32 analog inputs. Readings are presented in the appropriate engineering units [° C, bar, etc]. Data displays Tabular mimic screen and multiple pages with trend graph displays. Scale ranges can be adjusted without affecting data storage. Time axis displays an adjustable scrolling window showing all data. Screen displays Can be printed out on command. User configured set-ups Configurations can be stored and called-up at any time. DDE link to Microsoft Excel Enables on-line calculations to be performed. Data storage All data is stored in compact secure files, with every scan date & time stamped. Data can be exported into spreadsheets in both logging and view modes. The basic data logger, known as a recorder, emulates a multi-pen chart recorder as it runs - each recorder module offers 10 trend charts with 10 ‘pens’ on each chart and gathers up to 100 data points. It displays the data and records it to data files on local or networked disk drives, with automatic time-stamps. Historical data Examined off-line in "data review" mode. Network software Can be added for remote data display on other PC’s. Expandable software Can be expanded to larger Scan 1000 SCADA software packages. Password protection Secure system operation. Data Analysis Data is kept in fixed format files and are easily accessible for off-line analysis.
